The Dalian Fruit Group Co., Ltd., founded in Aug 1998, is restructured on the basis of the former Dalian Fruit Company. With registered capital of 92.6248 million RMB, the company covers the scope of business as food, drinks, seafood, non-staple food, daily necessities, fruits and vegetables. As a hold-stock company the Dalian XinHai Coast Seafood Co., Ltd. will expand its business scope to a new fields, cultivating, processing and marketing sea cucumbers. At present, the company possesses constant temperature freezing storage for 5,000 tons and semi-basements for 10,000 tons.
